Returns and exchanges

You can return your order to us for Store Credit within 10 days from the date your order was received/collected.

We accept returns for items in the same condition that you received it— unworn or unused — and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost to return the items will be borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued store credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item.

We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.

Please make sure your items are unworn and unaltered in its original packaging when sending it back to us.
